Meet Pizookie!

Just like his namesake, Pizookie is as sweet as can be!

This adorable orange tabby may be a little shy when meeting new people, but don’t let that fool you. With a little patience and a lot of love, Pizookie blossoms into an affectionate, gentle companion who enjoys spending time with the people he trusts.

He’s happiest when he has a cozy place to relax, a few toys to chase, and someone who understands that building confidence takes time. Watching Pizookie come out of his shell is incredibly rewarding, and once he feels safe, you’ll discover the loving little kitten hiding underneath that timid exterior.

If you are interested in meeting Pizookie, the shelter is open Monday through Saturday, 11 am – 6 pm, Sunday 11 am-4 pm (Summer Hours).
