You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home, you understand. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Hi, my name is Sligo. I have one of the cutest as well as the most consistent meows you will ever here. Getting pets and love from people is the best thing in the world to me! I will follow you and rub on you, until I am acknowledged. Also, might yell at you to get your attention. I came here to the shelter with 3 of my siblings and, Belfast and I are the last of the group. She is a little spunkier than me but, I would say I’m a lot cuddlier! We are the perfect package deal. Please consider picking us both to join your family.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
