You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home, you understand. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

I’m just a little kitten with a big heart. I love to explore, you know. Every nook and cranny is a new adventure waiting to happen. My curious nature keeps me busy, and I’ve got enough energy to keep you entertained too! I’m a playful little guy, always ready for a game of chase or hide and seek. But don’t let my energy fool you, I also love to cuddle. Nothing beats snuggling up after a long day of play. I’m a friendly feline, always eager to meet new friends. I promise, I’m the sweetest companion you could ever ask for. So, why should you adopt me? Because I’m full of love and life, and I’m ready to share it with you. Let’s make memories together!

All animals for adoption are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and treated for parasites.
Please bring cash and a carrier for the adoption. PetSmart cannot run credit cards for Newberg Animal Shelter adoptions.
Adoption Applications will be available at this adoption location and will only be accepted at this adoption site.
We require all adults living in the household to be present at the time of the adoption to ensure the kitten is the right fit for everyone.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
