You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home, you understand. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Hi, I’m Bumblebee!
I may be small, but my heart is as big as a lion’s. I love to cuddle up in warm, cozy places, especially if it’s right next to a friendly human. I’m a little ball of affection, always ready to give and receive love. I enjoy playtime as much as I enjoy nap time, and I’m always up for a good game of chase the string. Life here in the shelter is okay, but I dream of a home where I can share my sweetness and affection every day. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will bring joy and love to your life, I’m your kitten!

All animals for adoption are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and treated for parasites.
Please bring cash and a carrier for the adoption. PetSmart cannot run credit cards for Newberg Animal Shelter adoptions.
Adoption Applications will be available at this adoption location and will only be accepted at this adoption site.
We require all adults living in the household to be present at the time of the adoption to ensure the kitten is the right fit for everyone.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
