You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home, you understand. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Hello, I’m Luci!
I’m a playful spirit who loves to chase after string and pounce on crinkly toys. I’m a friend to all humans, eager for a gentle stroke or a warm lap to curl up on. I’m a cuddle expert, you see. A little purr machine when I get some affection. But I must confess, I’m not a fan of children or other animals. They’re a bit too chaotic for my liking. I prefer the calm, the quiet, and the company of my human. I’m not asking for much, just a peaceful home where I can play, cuddle, and be loved. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who will bring joy to your everyday life, I’m your girl. Adopt me and let’s create a purrfect life together.
If you are interested in meeting me, the shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday 11am – 6pm.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
