You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home, you understand. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

I’ve got a heart full of sweetness and a mind full of curiosity. I enjoy exploring my surroundings, but I’m also quite independent. I can entertain myself just fine, thank you! But don’t get me wrong, I love company. I’m a seasoned mother of five kittens, so I know a thing or two about caring and love. I’m ready to shower you with purrs and affection. If you’re looking for a companion who’s both loving and self-sufficient, I’m your girl. Bring me home and let’s start our forever friendship.
If you are interested in meeting me, the shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday 11am – 6pm.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
