Hi my name is Ursa!

I may not be the cuddliest cat you’ve ever met, but I’ve got my own charms. I’m a fiercely independent lady, preferring my own company to the fuss of humans. But don’t get me wrong, I’m not antisocial. I actually enjoy the company of other felines. I’m smart, you see, and brave too. I’d make a fantastic working cat, keeping your barn or shop free of unwanted pests! While I might not be the lap cat type, I promise to be a loyal and diligent companion. Adopting me would mean giving a home to a cat who’s eager to earn her keep and be a part of your team.

If you are interested in meeting me, the shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday 11am – 6pm.
