You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Batman – The Dark Knight of Snuggles
Don’t let the name fool you—this little superhero’s greatest power isn’t fighting crime, it’s stealing hearts! Batman is an adorable black kitten with the biggest ears you’ve ever seen, and he wears them proudly. Whether he’s listening for the treat bag or keeping tabs on every exciting sound, those ears are always on duty.
When he’s not on patrol, Batman transforms into a full-time cuddle bug and certified purr machine. The second you pick him up, the motor starts running, and he’s more than happy to curl up in your lap for a well-earned nap. Sweet, affectionate, and endlessly charming, Batman is ready to be the loyal sidekick you’ve always dreamed of.

Our open hours are Monday – Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Summer hours). Adoptions end one hour prior to close.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
