You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Meet Bonita, a stunning orange tabby with a gentle heart. This beautiful girl may be a little shy at first, but give her some time and patience, and you’ll see what a sweet and loving companion she can be.
Bonita prefers to take things at her own pace as she gets to know new people and surroundings. Once she feels comfortable, her sweet personality begins to shine through. She would love a quiet, loving home where she can relax, build trust, and become the confident cat she’s meant to be.
If you’re looking for a beautiful feline friend who just needs someone willing to let her bloom, Bonita may be the perfect match.

We focus on finding the best match for adoptable animals and their forever homes.
Our open hours are Monday – Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Summer hours). Adoptions end one hour prior to close.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
