You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Meet Frankie, a charming tabby with just the right amount of spooky-season flair. Frankie is a sweet boy who can be a little shy around new people, so he may need some time before he’s ready to fully join your coven. He’s looking for a patient family who will let him settle in at his own pace and show him that people can be pretty wonderful. Once he knows your safe, this guy loves chin scratches, chasing toys and eating tasty treats. He is ready to show you his playful, loving side. Give Frankie a quiet place, some gentle encouragement, and time to work his magic, and you may soon have a devoted little companion.
If you are interested in meeting Frankie, the shelter is open Monday through Saturday, 11 am – 6 pm, Sunday 11 am-4 pm (Summer Hours). Our open hours are Monday – Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Summer hours). Adoptions end one hour prior to close.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
