You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Meet Rigatoni!
Rigatoni is an adorable little girl with a gentle soul. This shy kitten may take a little time to come out of her shell, but once she feels safe, you’ll discover a sweet, loving companion who enjoys quiet affection and cozy cuddle sessions. She loves watching the world from a comfy perch and gains confidence a little more each day. With a patient family and plenty of love, Rigatoni is sure to blossom into a devoted best friend.

We focus on finding the best match for adoptable animals and their forever homes.
Our open hours are Monday – Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Summer hours). Adoptions end one hour prior to close.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
