Rowan is a cute female hound/terrier mix who is just as adorable as she is sweet. This loving girl has a wonderful balance of affection and playfulness—she likes to stay close to her humans, but she also enjoys romping around with her littermates and even the big dogs.

Rowan is a fantastic cuddler and fully intends to grow into a big lap dog who thinks she belongs right in your arms. She has a gentle, people-focused nature and loves being part of whatever her humans are doing. One of Rowan’s favorite things? Water! Whether it’s splashing, exploring, or just dipping her paws, she’s always excited for water fun.

With her sweet heart, friendly personality, and love for both playtime and snuggles, Rowan will make a wonderful companion for a lucky family. She’s ready to grow up surrounded by love, adventure, and plenty of cuddle time.

Rowan will be making her debut this Saturday January 24th for a puppy adoption event here at the Newberg Animal Shelter. Between 11am and 3pm come meet all of our adoptable puppies including five fifteen-week-old female hound/terrier mixes from the same litter!
