You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Meet Terracotta!
Terracotta is a handsome little guy with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. He’s always up for a game, whether it’s chasing feather toys, wrestling with his kitten friends, or investigating something new. His curiosity and confidence make every day entertaining.
When he’s all tuckered out, Terracotta transforms into a cuddly little sweetheart who loves attention and happily settles in for pets and purrs. He has the perfect balance of playful energy and affectionate charm.
Terracotta is looking for a forever family who will give him lots of love, plenty of playtime, and a safe indoor home where he can thrive.

We focus on finding the best match for adoptable animals and their forever homes.
Our open hours are Monday – Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Summer hours). Adoptions end one hour prior to close.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
