You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

I’m a beautiful young Shepherd mix with the most adorable ears and the sweetest personality you could ask for. My medium size and friendly personality makes me a wonderful fit for a family looking for an active, loving companion.
I’ll need consistent daily exercise to keep my body and mind happy, and I’d do best in a home with a yard where I can stretch my legs and enjoy some playtime. Most of all, I’m looking for a family who will give me the love, patience, and companionship I deserve.
I’m ready to be someone’s loyal best friend and can’t wait to find my forever home!

We focus on finding the best match for adoptable animals and their forever homes.
Our open hours are Monday – Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Summer hours). Adoptions end one hour prior to close.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
