You have to come down to Newberg Animal Shelter to adopt any dog or cat. We have to make sure that all of our animals make it into the right home. This site is only informational and you’ll still need to make the trip to our shelter if you would like to adopt one our animals. We thank you for understanding and so do our animals.

Meet Wallaby
Wallaby is a handsome Husky mix puppy with a sweet personality and a growing sense of adventure. While he can be thoughtful when encountering new things, he is becoming more confident every day and is starting to show off his playful, affectionate side.
One of Wallaby’s favorite activities is eating—this boy never misses a meal and is always excited when treats are involved! He also enjoys spending time with his siblings, playing with toys, and curling up for a cozy nap after a fun day of puppy adventures.
Wallaby is looking for a loving family that will continue helping him explore the world and build his confidence. With his adorable face, gentle nature, and enthusiasm for snacks, this sweet boy is sure to make a wonderful lifelong companion.

Please Note:
All animals for adoption are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and treated for parasites.
Adoption Applications will be available at this adoption location and will only be accepted at this adoption site.
We require all adults living in the household to be present at the time of the adoption to ensure the dog is the right fit for everyone.

We focus on finding the best match for adoptable animals and their forever homes.
Our open hours are Monday – Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Summer hours). Adoptions end one hour prior to close.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, ID microchip, and current vaccinations. They have been wormed, de-flead, socialized and given lots of love.
