Catherine O’Hara is Sponsored by Michael Price
Meet Catherine O’Hara — our leading lady with a flair for the dramatic and a personality worthy of the big screen.
Much like her fabulous namesake Catherine O’Hara, this girl knows how to make an entrance… and an exit. One moment she’s gracefully lounging across her throne (your couch), the next she’s delivering an award-worthy performance because dinner is three minutes late.
Catherine is a confident adult queen who knows exactly who she is. Independent, expressive, and unapologetically herself, she’s looking for an experienced cat guardian who understands that affection happens on her terms. She isn’t the clingy type — she prefers respectful admiration from afar… until she decides it’s time for attention.
She would thrive in a calm home where her boundaries are respected and her opinions are clearly very important. In return, she’ll provide sophisticated companionship, endless comedic relief, and the kind of quiet comfort only a confident cat can bring.
Catherine can be selective about her feline companions. While she has done well with some cats, she has also shown aggression toward certain cats in our free-roaming cat room, so any introductions to other pets should be done thoughtfully and slowly.
If you’re ready to appreciate the diva energy, honor the boundaries, and share your home with a star who shines brightest when allowed to be her fabulous, independent self — Catherine O’Hara is ready for her close-up.
If you are interested in meeting her, the shelter is open Monday through Saturday 11am – 6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm. If you’d like to schedule an appointment, check out the pets’ profile on our website at newberganimals.com to fill out an application and email to frontdesk@newberganimals.com.
The information above reflects our best assessment based on observations at the shelter and any information provided by previous owners. Any information regarding kids, other animals, or potty training is our best estimate based on available history and shelter observations. Since we cannot test every scenario, many categories may be listed as “unknown,” and behavior in a home environment may differ from what we see at the shelter.
