Meet Scooby!

With his striking good looks, extra-long legs, and one blue eye paired with one brown eye, Scooby is guaranteed to turn heads wherever he goes. But as handsome as he is, it’s his goofy personality that truly steals the show!

This big mixed-breed boy is full of life and always ready for his next adventure. Whether he’s stretching those long legs on a hike, playing in the yard, or simply making everyone laugh with his silly antics, Scooby approaches every day with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.

True to his name, Scooby has a signature howl that’s sure to make you smile. It’s just one more thing that makes this lovable goofball so unique! He has a big personality to match his big frame and loves spending time with the people who make him feel at home.

Because of his large size and exuberant energy, Scooby would do best in a home with older children (12 and up) who can keep up with his playful spirit. He’ll thrive with an active family that enjoys outdoor adventures and has plenty of room for him to stretch those long legs. Scooby is not suited to apartment living and is looking for a home with space to run, play, and burn off his energy.

In return, he’ll reward his family with endless laughter, unconditional love, and plenty of unforgettable “Scooby” serenades.

If you’re searching for a one-of-a-kind best friend who’s equal parts athletic, affectionate, and entertaining, Scooby is ready to make your home a whole lot happier.

If you are interested in meeting Scooby, the shelter is open Monday through Saturday 11am – 6pm and Sunday 11am – 4pm. If you’d like to schedule an appointment, check out the pets’ profile on our website at newberganimals.com to fill out an application and email to frontdesk@newberganimals.com.

The information above reflects our best assessment based on observations at the shelter and any information provided by previous owners. Since we cannot test every scenario, many categories may be listed as “unknown,” and behavior in a home environment may differ from what we see at the shelter.
